The Inflatabase mission is to help people heal from injuries and get back to living their best life as soon as possible.

My name is Chase Carlisle, I'm a physical therapy assistant, (PTA) and I invented the inflatabase to bridge the gap between physical therapy and the patient's home.

The idea for Inflatabase came about to help older adults live independently by achieving their physical therapy goals and avoiding unnecessary time spent in a nursing home or hospital apart from their friends and family.

In the physical therapy clinic, a lot of the exercises revolve around a large exercise table called a plinth.  But when it's time to do the home exercise program (HEP), people end up using their beds instead.

However, one thing I learned from talking to patients, is that beds are made for sleeping, not exercise! They weren’t getting the same results from their workouts at home as they did in the clinic.  And as a result, they ended up performing the exercises half heartedly or not at all.

But performing the home exercise program is vital for getting results and getting back to living your life. Whether exercising for core strength, increased range of motion, or advancing a total knee replacement protocol, completing the home exercise program is essential for recovery.

At the crucial time when you or a loved one is rehabilitating from an injury, Inflatabase will provide a solid foundation for home exercise and support a successful road to recovery.

Thank you for taking the time to let Inflatabase introduce itself to you.
